Tomifobia Nature Trail

The Tomifobia Nature Trail  (TNT) extends over 19 km along a former railway bed in the Tomifobia River Valley between Route 141 in Ayer’s Cliff and Route 247 in Stanstead (Beebe). In 1993, Sentiers Massawippi, a non-profit organization, purchased the 56 hectares of land from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company.

The TNT provides visitors a chance to observe and enjoy nature and rejuvenate the soul – in complete safety. By foot, on bicycle or on skis, you’ll be far from the dusty city and vehicle traffic.

In July 2002, the trail was surfaced with compact stone dust along the entire length of the park (19 km). A large tunnel was also built under Embury Road in Tomifobia.
