Winter, it’s the perfect season to discover the enchanting beauty of Memphremagog!
Historically, the Sentiers de l'Estrie were developed at the beginning of the 1970s as the main artery of a long trail corridor linking various peaks of the Appalachian mountain range to extend and mirror the Long Trail on the US side of the border. Today, the trails total 175 km, starting at the US border near Sutton, and ending in the St. Francis River Valley in Richmond. In the Memphremagog region, the Sentiers de l’Estrie cross the regions of Bolton and Orford, among others.
For a hike of several hours or more, this is a special outing. Nature – pure and authentic.
